Bill of Rights
Consent. You are in charge of the session. You have the right to give or refuse consent of work on any area of the body. You have the right to change your mind at any time.
Express your needs. Is the pressure too hard? Is the room too cold? Music too loud? Face rest uncomfortable? Share with me any needs that will optimize your comfort and the session.
Communication. The time on this table is YOUR time. So if you need an hour of silence, or you need to word vomit everything that is happening in your life right now, I am down for either.
Bodily functions. Sneezing, coughing, farting, crying… these are all things that cause tension in the body when we try to suppress them. Let it out, I promise you will not bother/offend me and you will feel so much better!
Music. Not a fan of what’s playing? Have a favorite artist or genre? Feel free to ask Alexa to play your music of choice.
Clothing. You are free to wear as little or as much clothing as you prefer under the covers during your session, though most people wear nothing or just underwear. I strongly caution against tight undergarments and shapewear. It is preferable to remove all jewelry if possible, especially necklaces.
Judgement free support. In discussing the health of your body and/or mind, I support your decisions and choices no matter what.
Equality. You deserve equal treatment regardless of sex, sexuality, gender, age, religion, origin, disability, income, or size. I celebrate all the things that make us diverse.
Confidentiality. This room is like Vegas. What is said here, stays here.
